If a resident has an open case with the Department of Human Services (DHS), required reporting and communication with DHS will be maintained as appropriate to support the resident’s care and safety.

After this initial period, ongoing screening may continue as needed to support the safety and expectations of the community.

Touch of Heart Community Living has a curfew policy designed to support safety, accountability, and a structured, supportive home environment.Sunday through Thursday: Residents are expected to be home by 10:00 PM.Friday and Saturday: Residents are expected to be home by 11:00 PM.Residents who need to be away after curfew due to work, appointments, family responsibilities, or other approved activities must communicate in advance and receive approval.Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to promote rest, comfort, and respect for all residents. During these hours, residents are expected to keep noise levels low and be mindful of others in the home.Following curfew and quiet hour expectations helps maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for everyone.
